Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has approved an Act called The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Conduct of Examinations (Eradication of Malpractices) Act, 1995 duly published in the Gazette on the 3rd Jan, 1996. The same is notified for the information of all employees/general public and necessary action please.
